Micro General Corp.: The Tustin company, whose divisions include computer hardware and software sales and support, telecommunications and postage meters and scales, reported a second-quarter net loss of $481,838, or 11 cents a share, compared to a net loss of $460,279, or 24 cents a share, for the same period in 1997. Revenue rose to $4.4 million from $269,470. For the first six months, the company lost $390,476, or 12 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $416,688, or 21 cents a share, for the 1997 first half. Revenue climbed to $5.4 million from $1.3 million. The company completed the acquisition of ACS Systems Inc., a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial Inc., in May.
