Two technology companies are relocating their headquarters to the Calabasas Lost Hills Business Park, developers said.
Xylan Corp. of Calabasas signed a $12-million lease for a building in the 30-acre park currently under construction in Calabasas. And Netcom Systems signed an $11-million lease and will be moving from Chatsworth to its new 107,170-square-foot facility.
The offices and manufacturing facility of computer-networking company Xylan will be 128,700 square feet on 8 acres. They are scheduled to open in the fourth quarter. Nadel Partnership of Santa Monica designed the space.
