LANCASTER — A 21-year-old man is expected to be arraigned today on homicide charges in the shooting death of a man in his Lancaster apartment last summer, authorities said.
Detectives with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Gang Enforcement Team arrested William Hoffman, 19, about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 44600 block of Stanridge Avenue in Lancaster, Deputy John McBride said.
Hoffman is accused of shooting to death Richard Cole Jr., 21, in Cole’s apartment in the 43400 block of Gadsden Avenue last Aug. 12, McBride said.
