Litton Branch Wins $80-Million Contract

Litton Industries’ subsidiary TASC has received an $80-million contract over five years to help provide engineering services and technology innovations to the federal government’s National Imagery and Mapping Agency.
Litton’s subsidiary is one of 31 companies, including Lockheed Martin and Booz-Allen & Hamilton, that have been retained by the government to consolidate various engineering work to provide more innovative technology to defense agencies, in what the Department of Defense calls its vision of “dominant battle-space awareness.”
Litton, headquartered in Woodland Hills, is a major defense contractor.
