Pacific Acquires Assets

LOS ALAMITOS — Pacific International Enterprises Inc. said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire the assets of snowboard maker France Sports Manufacturing LLC. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Pacific International markets action sports products such as T-Bone step-in bindings, Stealth binding-in-boots and Microski mini-skis. France Sports competes against old-line snowboard makers such as Ride Snowboards and Morrow Snowboards.
