Events Help School Music Programs

Eat Mexican food and help the Simi Valley Music Boosters at the same time.
The club is holding a fund-raiser today from 4 to 10 p.m. at El Torito Mexican Restaurant & Cantina at 2498 Erringer Road. Show a boosters flier, which will be handed out at the restaurant, and the restaurant will donate 25% of your meal tab to help the marching band, color guard and choir.
On Saturday, a car wash will be held by Simi High School’s choir and music program from 9 a.m. to noon at the school.
Money raised will help pay for uniforms, equipment and transportation to competitions. For more information, call Jean Conantat 581-2332.
