Data Processing Buys SelecTech

NEWPORT BEACH — Data Processing Resources Corp. said Friday it acquired SelecTech, a Chicago computer consulting company, for an undisclosed amount of cash and restricted common stock.

SelecTech posted revenues of $4.6 million for the 12 months ended June 30. Data Processing provides information technology staffing services.
