Those X-Games Dudes Lack Proper Attitude

I think I can explain the X-Games. Incredible! As in, not credible as a sporting event.

If ESPN ever expects to turn this thing into anything more than a sideshow, they better get their act together. I suggest starting with those fun-loving, respectful, polite, sportsmanlike athletes. Where do they get off loaning equipment, and praising and cheering one another on for the sake of mere competition? Where’s the enjoyment in that?

I certainly hope for your sake these brazen athletes figure out that being in the American spotlight is all about self. Because this one-for-all and all-for-one crud is just Greek to me.
