Disposal Company Offering Free Compost

In a campaign to recycle yard waste, Brea Disposal is offering free compost to residents beginning at 9 a.m. today at the Brea City Hall Park, Brea Boulevard and Elm Street.
To take part in the program, residents must bring their own containers and may take as much as 60 gallons of compost.
