Recital to Benefit Long Beach Students

Soprano Shigemi Matsumoto will give a recital benefiting voice students at Cal State Long Beach, Saturday at 8 p.m. in University Theater on the campus. Assisted by pianist Ken Noda, Matsumoto will sing music by Respighi, Liszt, Mozart, Poulenc and Hoiby and a group of Japanese folk songs.
