Police Mobile Storefront Open

The Camarillo Police Department’s first mobile storefront will open shop for the second time today at the Camarillo Village Square Shopping Center.

Officers will provide fingerprinting services for children and register bicycles.

Camarillo requires that bicycles be registered because police say it helps them find stolen bikes. There is a $5 fee for registration and a $3 fee for license renewal.

About 550 people attended the opening of the mobile storefront June 7, and about 300 children were fingerprinted.
