Seminar Set on Alternative Films

The Directors Guild of America will host the free seminar “How to Get Your Film Made: An Alternative to the Majors,” Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Directors Guild of America in Hollywood. The DGA building is at 7920 Sunset Blvd.
The seminar, which will use “Home Grown” and “Eight Heads in a Duffel Bag” as case studies to illustrate alternative methods to finance, produce and distribute feature films, is co-presented by the American Film Marketing Assn.
