HEBRON, West Bank — Fifteen Palestinians and two Israeli soldiers were wounded Sunday in clashes between troops and stone-throwing Arab demonstrators in the West Bank city of Hebron, witnesses and hospital officials said.
The clashes broke out for the second straight day on the border between Palestinian-controlled parts of Hebron and Israeli-guarded Jewish enclaves in the center of the city, where about 450 Jewish settlers live.
Four Palestinians were arrested.
