Bristol’s CRI Completes Acquisition of EBM

NEWPORT BEACH — Bristol Technology Systems Inc.’s CRI unit completed the acquisition of Electronic Business Machines for cash and stock.
Bristol said Tuesday that the operation of Electronic Business Machines in Indiana will be consolidated under the management of Kentucky-based CRI. Floyd Shirrell, former owner and president of Electronic Business Machines, a point-of-sale systems dealer, has a consulting agreement with CRI.
Specific terms were not disclosed.
Newport Beach-based Bristol Technology Systems provides products and services for the retail automation industry.
