Glendale Remembers: At least $78,000 in donations has been raised for the family of slain Glendale Police Investigator Charles Lazzaretto, who was gunned down May 27. Sgt. Jim Woody said the Glendale Police Department has collected $50,000, while businesses have raised $28,000 for Lazzaretto’s wife, Annamaria, and their sons, Andrew, 3, and Matthew, 2.
