* Sierracin-Sylmar Corp. of Sylmar won a $235,600 contract from Robins Air Force Base in Georgia for windshield panels.
* California Microwave Inc. of Woodland Hills won a $219,645 contract from the Army in Ft. Monmouth, N.J., for a flyaway message switch system.
* Aspen Helicopters Inc. of Oxnard won a $100,000 contract from the Forest Service in San Francisco for call-when-needed helicopter service.
* Tavco Inc. of Chatsworth won a $99,875 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for pneumatic accumulators.
* Symetrics Inc. of Newbury Park won a $61,349 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, for quick disconnect coupling halves.
* Avibank Manufacturing Inc. of Burbank won a $59,400 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia for turnlock fastener studs.
* Informax Data Systems Inc. of Los Angeles won a $42,536 contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center at Point Mugu for Lotus Notes software and information technology contract support.
* PTI Technologies Inc. of Newbury Park won two contracts from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, one a $34,914 contract for fluid filter elements and the other a $26,233 contract for aircraft and airframe structural components.
* CNM Paving in Camarillo has been awarded a $31,500 contract by Ventura County to build sidewalks, curbs and gutters at Hillmont Avenue and Foothill Road in Ventura. The work is scheduled to be completed by July 28.
* Whittaker Controls Inc. of North Hollywood won a $30,000 contract from the Navy in Philadelphia for anti-pressure valves.
* Whittaker Corp. of North Hollywood won a $25,980 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia for sleeve spacers.
* Hydraulics International Inc. of Chatsworth won a $25,394 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, for fluid filters.
* Kaiser Marquardt in Van Nuys won a $25,000 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia for hardware and abrasives.
