Fire Forces Residents Out of Apartments

ANAHEIM — Residents inside an apartment complex were evacuated by firefighters after fire broke out late Sunday.
Although details were sketchy, Anaheim fire authorities said the fire erupted after 10 p.m. in a three-story complex at 835 S. Brookhurst St.
The cause of the fire was unknown. Firefighters needed about 25 minutes to bring the fire under control, a fire dispatcher said.
No injuries were reported. The number of units damaged was unknown.
