A man who had an appointment at a Fort Wayne center for families in crisis shot two counselors to death, then killed himself. Seven other employees of Family and Children’s Services Inc. and another client ran out of the building and were not hurt. The man had called to make an appointment with the counselors, and the shooting started half an hour after he arrived, police said. The man’s identity was not immediately released. Police Sgt. Bill Walsh said the man “had been in counseling there prior to this.” Family and Children’s Services is a private agency that sees about 1,000 people annually, many of them on referral from the courts.
