Realty Firm Buys Camarillo Parcel for New Building

A one-acre parcel of industrial property in Camarillo has been acquired by a Los Angeles real estate firm, which plans to erect a multi-tenant building on the site.
Westholme Realty purchased land on Calle Suerte in the Flynn Road industrial area for $211,000, according to Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.
Westholme expects to break ground during the third quarter on a 19,000-square-foot building.
Daum represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
