Death Penalty

* I hate gang-bangers as much as any man. Having been shot by a gang-banger and having been attacked by a dozen gang-bangers with clubs in separate incidents, I have good reason to despise them. But when I read a proposal by our governor to lower the death penalty to 14 years old (April 10), I have only one thing to say. With all due respect sir, you are a sick, sick man.
