NEWPORT BEACH — Smith Technology Corp. said it has called off its agreement to sell three consulting offices to Elson T. Killam Associates and has reopened negotiations with other bidders. Smith, which provides engineering and remediation services, was planning to use cash from the sale to meet ongoing needs.
The offices are in Mobile, Ala.; Panama City, Fla., and Dallas.
