Comedians including Kathy Griffin (“Suddenly Susan”), George Lopez, Richard Jeni, Rick Overton, Mark Cohen and Dana Gould will perform in “Laughter From the Heart,” a benefit for the nonprofit Hollygrove Children’s Home tonight at 8 p.m. at the Improv, 8162 Melrose Ave., Hollywood.
