Fields Aircraft Spares Now Listed on Nasdaq

Common shares of Fields Aircraft Spares Inc. in Simi Valley are now listed on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market under the symbol Nasdaq:FASI.
Nasdaq started listing the company last week.
“This is an important next step in the growth of our company,” said President Alan Fields. “We hope that a Nasdaq listing will enable brokers and investors to more easily trade our stock and will result in increased liquidity and the broadening of our shareholder base.”
Fields Aircraft Spares, through its wholly owned subsidiaries Fields Aircraft Spares and Fields Aero Management, is a distributor and broker for a variety of factory new parts used by manufacturers of commercial aircraft models.
