ICS Acquires 3 Units of Netherlands Firm

IRVINE — ICS Learning Systems Inc., which provides vocational, degree and professional self-study courses, said Thursday that it has acquired three subsidiaries of a Netherlands educational provider, Educatief Holding, B.V., for $8.8 million.
ICS is a subsidiary of National Education Corp.
