Car Insurance Law

It’s bad enough when a proposition is approved by the voters only to have the implementation delayed by unresolved legal issues and protests, but mandatory insurance is a law. Now, the Department of Motor Vehicles states that it will need an additional six months to a year to prepare for the enforcement of this law.

I’m truly tempted to go out and break the law, and when I go before the judge I can say, “I know that I broke the law but I didn’t have time to prepare.”
