Portland Company Buys Global Exchange

IRVINE — Global Exchange Network has been purchased by Itex Corp. of Portland, Ore., Itex said. Terms of the purchase were not released.
Both companies operate trade exchanges for the barter industry. Itex said the members and operations of Global Exchange Network will become part of the Itex national trade exchange.
