Sherman Oaks : Executive Named to Productivity Panel

The City Council this week approved the appointment of business manager and Sherman Oaks resident David Steinberg to the city Productivity Commission.
The commission reviews productivity and work-measurement programs, and recommends improvements for city performance objectives.
The council approved Steinberg’s appointment Wednesday to a term that will end Sept. 6, 1999.
Steinberg is director of operations for the NHI Medical Group, a national plastic surgery group. Previously, Steinberg directed his own political consulting firm, DMS Consulting.
The new commissioner has also served as chairman of the city Relocation Appeals Board. He replaces William Kil on the commission.
