TRW, Hyundai Cement Plan Air-Bag Inflator Venture: Terms of the agreements were not disclosed. Under the 50-50 joint-venture arrangement, Cleveland-based TRW Inc. and Hyundai Cement Co. plan to build the first air-bag inflator factory in Korea. It will employ more than 200 people and produce more than 2 million air-bag inflators per year, TRW said.
