Northwest : CYPRESS : Senior Center Plans Holiday Festivities

Concerts, parties, a sing-along and a bake sale are among the holiday events planned for the Cypress Senior Center. The activities are as follows:
* A bake sale will be held from 9 a.m. to noon today and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday. Craft supplies also will be sold. The proceeds will support senior center programs.
* The Brethren Christian High School Wind Ensemble will perform at 11 a.m. Thursday.
* Darrell Hayes’ Happy Harmonizers will lead a sing-along at 11:15 a.m. Dec. 22, as part of the senior center’s Christmas party.
* A New Year’s Eve celebration will be held at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 29.
