Multilayer Technology Inc.: The Irvine-based maker of circuit boards has agreed to be purchased by Dovatron International Inc. of Boulder, Colo., Dovatron said Wednesday.
The Colorado company, an electronics manufacturer, said it has also agreed to buy U.S. Test Technology, a circuit board testing company based in Singapore. The two acquisitions, expected to close this month, will cost Dovatron about $50 million, the company said.
