LOS BANOS--Juicy red activities await at Tomato Fest IV, Sept. 22-25 at the Los Banos Fairgrounds, F and 4th streets. The favorite fruit is center stage in the Tomato Land exhibit and along Gourmet Row. LAKE ARROWHEAD--Ten area artists showcase their works at the Mountain Masters Arts Spectacular, Sept. 23-25. TUSTIN--Smith’s Festival of Ballooning fills the skies with color and the ground with fun, Sept. 23-25 at the Irvine Co.’s Tustin Ranch property, Jamboree, Portola Parkway and Tustin Ranch Road. Highlights include five balloon ascensions with more than 100 hot-air balloons and classic car show.
