Auditors Warn Euro Disney on Debt: The Euro Disney theme park outside Paris may go broke unless financing with banks and parent company Walt Disney Co. is reorganized by spring, an auditors’ report said. Euro Disney played down the report, noting that it already revealed a $920-million loss for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30. The cash-short company is being propped up by its parent, but this arrangement expires early in 1994.
