Part Two of Documentary Series Set to Begin Jan. 11 at Melnitz

Part Two of the 12th Annual Contemporary Documentary Series begins Jan. 11 at 7:30 p.m. in UCLA’s Melnitz Theater at the northeast corner of the UCLA campus.
Presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Academy Foundation and the UCLA Film and Television Archive, the series features Academy Award-nominated documentary films such as “The Colours of My Father,” “Music for the Movies: Bernard Herrman” and the 1992 Academy Award winner “The Panama Deception,” with nine other films.
Included in the program is Michael Moore’s follow-up to his controversial film “Roger and Me,” a short documentary titled “Pets or Meat: The Return to Flint.”
The program is free, though there is a $5 charge to park on the UCLA campus.
