Story Goes Too Far

If you want to run a story about grave digging, I think it would be best to get remarks from workers who are not commenting on a recently slain man. This article is just in blatant bad taste.
So was the story about the killer’s father’s suicide. Yes, people need some background about a killer’s upbringing. No, they don’t need a half-page about the family trying to avoid making the long-ago suicide public. A sentence would have done the job.
You got lots of legitimate stories out of this tragedy. Why couldn’t you stop there?
