DANA POINT : Children’s Author to Speak at School

Parents and community members are invited to listen to children’s author Alison Jackson today when she speaks to students at R.H. Dana Elementary School.
Jackson, a librarian in Fullerton who began writing children’s books after entering the creative writing program at UC Irvine, will speak at assemblies at 9 and 11 a.m. and will sign books afterward.
Her books, “My Brother the Star,” “Crane’s Rebound” and “Blowing Bubbles With the Enemy,” will be on sale at the school.
