An Eye-Opening Walk Along Brand Boulevard

On July 15, I walked down Brand Boulevard about 6:30 p.m. I could not believe the dirty sidewalks, doorways and shop windows.
I would never shop there or show the street to anyone from out of town.
It is no wonder business is bad; I’ll do my shopping in Montrose, where the store owners care.
