BUCKING A TREND: Air fares are going up elsewhere, but the largest carrier at Burbank Airport is standing pat. Southwest Airlines--which flies 82 of the airport’s 152 daily jet airline operations--says it plans no increases. . . . Starting today, ticket prices are rising by $10 to $20 for round trips requiring a Saturday night stay, a trend begun when Delta Air Lines quietly increased fares over the weekend (D2).
