Not So Wild About ‘Palms’: A chilly wind blew through ABC’s “Wild Palms” miniseries this week. ABC said Sunday’s “Palms” was seen by 17.3 million viewers, which dropped by 4 million on Monday night. Sunday’s 12.3 rating fell to a 9.7 on Monday (each rating point representing 931,000 homes). The miniseries, produced by Oliver Stone, ended Wednesday night.
