West Hollywood : Seminar for Home Buyers

The city is offering a free seminar Wednesday for first-time home buyers, featuring advice from brokers, lenders and other real-estate specialists.
The experts will discuss how to work with a broker and how to get financing for a purchase. The speakers will offer individual advice after the seminar.
The three-hour session, which is co-sponsored by the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, will be held in the City Hall community conference room, 8611 Santa Monica Blvd., beginning at 6 p.m. Reservations: (310) 854-7465.
