WHERE’S ARB? Arb Campbell is having a tough time. He’s being sued by 10 women employees for alleged sexual harassment and was fired as Newport Beach police chief after nearly three decades with the force. Now, his portrait has been taken down from the wall outside the chief’s office, where all the other former chiefs’ photos hang. . . . Problem is, it kept disappearing during the harassment scandal, says Acting Police Chief Jim Jacobs. Campbell’s picture will return, he says, after a chief is selected in June.
