Author: Donald Charles Richardson
Info: Villard Books, 1992. $20 hardcover. 161 pages including a short index.
A savvy, witty and easy-to-use handbook for the ‘90s man. Makes an excellent gift for the college-bound, the college grad or the junior exec on his way up as well as for any other man who wants to improve the quality of his life and maximize his return.
Advice by Richardson on topics from diet, exercise, grooming and dressing is complemented by photographs by John Falocco of Zoli Agency models, who also share their professional secrets.
If men followed the advice and spirit of this book to the letter, the world might not be a better place for it, but those men would be very together.
Other books by Richardson include “Balanced Body” and “Your Hair, Helping to Keep It.” These books are available at Barnes & Noble, Costa Mesa, and other area bookstores.
