WORLD IN BRIEF : CAMBODIA : Seven More Ethnic Vietnamese Slain

Seven ethnic Vietnamese were killed execution-style in central Cambodia, and residents blamed Khmer Rouge guerrillas, U.N. officials said. It was the sixth recorded massacre of ethnic Vietnamese in Cambodia since the U.N. peacekeeping operation began a year ago. In the previous attacks, a total of 80 people were killed.
