The Houston Astros will initiate a management training program aimed at attracting more minorities to front office baseball jobs.
“The focus will be on finding qualified minority candidates and giving them the proper training and opportunity to make a baseball career a reality,” Astros’ owner Drayton McLane Jr. said.
