Slide Kills Skier in Utah

PROVO, Utah — A Florida man was killed after being caught in an avalanche while skiing in northern Utah, authorities said. The 50-year-old victim was skiing Saturday when a wall of snow 30 feet wide and 15 feet deep swept him down the slope and covered him, officials said.
