The League of Women Voters will present the pros and cons of major ballot measures at 7 p.m. Sunday at Woodland Hills Presbyterian Church, 5751 Platt Ave. Refreshments will be served. More information can be obtained by calling (818) 347-5230.
The Democratic Club of the Santa Clarita Valley will sponsor a victory party from 8 p.m. Tuesday to 2 a.m. Wednesday at Carlos O’Leary’s sports bar, 22903 Soledad Canyon Road in Saugus. Several local Democrats are scheduled to attend the event. Democrats needing a ride to the polls on Election Day, information about the party or about the club, can call (805) 251-1571.
