Helene Monat has been promoted to executive vice president of Catalina Marketing Corp., an Anaheim electronic coupon company. She was formerly senior vice president. Monat’s new responsibilities include overseeing the company’s sales and marketing force in 24 offices nationwide. Before joining Catalina in 1987, Monat was president of the consumer packaged-goods division of Information Resources Inc., a national research company. She was also president of TRIM Inc., a scanner-based information services company.
