MOSCOW — Police seized guns and drugs during a raid on a big hotel and underground passage near a McDonald’s restaurant in central Moscow on Thursday.
It was part of a crackdown on Moscow crime, which rose by one-third in the first half of 1992 compared to the same period last year.
