The United States rallied from a 10-6 deficit in the fourth game and defeated Japan, 3-1, in the 1992 USA-Japan Volleyball Summit at Madison Square Garden.
The United States leads the series, 3-1, with the final match scheduled next Tuesday at St. Louis.
