* Linda Berkeley has been promoted to senior vice president of business development for MCA/Universal, a unit of Universal City-based MCA Inc.
Berkeley has been with MCA since June, 1990, as vice president of business development. Prior to joining MCA, she was director of Strategic Planning and Research at the Walt Disney Co.
