FOR SAM: Comedian friends of the late Sam Kinison will pay tribute to him Aug. 29 at Anaheim’s Celebrity Theatre. A drunk driver killed the bellowing “king of shock comedy” in April as he was on his way to Laughlin, Nev. . . . “The Celebrity was one of Sam’s favorite venues in the L.A. area,” says Bill Kinison, above, who served as his brother’s manager. Tickets will range from $25 to $300. Proceeds will go to Kinison’s widow, his mother and his estate. At the time of Sam’s death, Kinison says, “he was several hundred thousand in debt.”
